  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,500 across Pakistan

  • A standard delivery fee may apply to orders below this amount (displayed at checkout)

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days across Pakistan.

3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Our dispatch operations run Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

3.4 Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items and one is delayed, we may ship available items first and dispatch the remaining items separately.

3.5 Delayed Deliveries

4. Order Tracking

5. Damaged Parcels
